Kowloon Bay is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Kowloon Bay's industrial and trade buildings house many car-repair, wholesale and showroom businesses; some buildings are quiet at weekends and certain firms open on weekdays only.

One of the government designated car testing centers for old car annual check. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area with free drinks. I was told to stay through the entire testing period while mechanics are doing their jobs. It was about an hour so spare for it. Tight examinations for your safety. Spare efforts to follow up.
