There aren’t a lot of products, but the old ladies are very kind. The blueberries are very expensive, but they are actually so good. Really good wellcome, near my apartment too!!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a wellcome before , I was violently pushed away and told to leave for trying to pay with master I was speaking politely and they spoke with a vulgar tone, I would never go or approach this wellcome again before a typhoon hits , I was waiting in line for almost 1 hour without telling any of the customers that credit card or debit card won’t be accepted thus the inconvenience I have encountered frustrated me, as I was ready to pay clerk angrily told me there will not be any internet then I tried to go self check out to try then she took the basket aggressively and told me no internet after waiting for nearly an hour . 0/10 customer support 0/10 organisations and 0/10 for the rude and disrespectful Staff.

I love this Welcome!!!!! They have everything you could possibly need/want. I prefer shopping here than at City Super. Just amazing, with very friendly staff!

I had to get a few groceries from this welcome location. I was doing self check out and noticed and over heard one of the cashier staff she was so pleasantly greeting in 3 languages and very very serviced oriented and professional. This siting is so rare in HK I could not contain myself to just buy something to get serviced by her. When I told her how amazing she was doing she was so modest and said I do my best and would like to serve the way I would liked to be served ! Such beautiful and true words. I told her she should be recognised for this to her company but she said don’t and was very very humble. I respect her and not put her full name but her initials are SKC. If you visit and get served by her you will know what I’m talking about !!

Decent size Wellcome at a convenient location but I bought eggs of different brands from here several times and some of the eggs in the pack were broken each time. Not sure if it's just a coincidence or because of the way the employees of this store handle the egg packets but it cannot be coincidence for so many times and with different brands in my opinion. Have not encountered this problem in any other Wellcome.
