High-security, clean environment and convenient estate being right above Nam Cheong MTR station and having a lot of bus routes pass by this area. Clubhouse Orlov has really great views of West Kowloon and Victoria Harbour especially during the sunset, but outside food is not allowed while the clubhouse restaurant doesn’t even serve a wide variety of options for snacks and drinks. The clubhouse facilities are also very basic.

A great residential complex and because my friend lives there I have had the opportunity to use their clubhouse facilities. The restaurant offers really nice Chinese food with a very spacious dining space. The badminton courts are well maintained. We also did karaoke once and all around well managed place. Needless to say, easy transportation and car park options as well.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Cullinan West Clubhouse Restaurant last night with my family, and the experience was truly delightful. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety of flavors that left us all satisfied. The attentive servers made our evening even more enjoyable, ensuring our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Overall, the cozy atmosphere and excellent service made for a memorable dinner with my loved ones. Highly recommended for a pleasant family dining experience!

New Private Apartments complex above MTR West Rail Nam Chong Station by SHK Development (2018) Absurd price (HK standard above average) more sensible to Rent!

A new residential project by Sun Hung Kai Properties. It is located on the MTR Nam Cheong Station with the advantage that there is direct access link between the station and the property. A shopping mall, V Walk, is available in-between.
