i love rabbit shop

Like many pet stores, the company sells unsuitable cages for hamsters and other small animals. Most of the cages are too small for animals to live a quality life, and plastic cages don't provide enough ventilation. I'm giving three stars because the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. When I went there, one of the staff was trying their best to explain to a customer that the larger cage is safer and more comfortable for hamsters, which can be difficult to help people understand when they see tiny and unethical cages being sold. Just because a product is marketed for animals, doesn't mean that it was made with the animal's quality of life in mind. Dear pet owners, please do your own research on the needs of your pet before shopping for supplies or buying/adopting an animal.

I bought my rabbit tangtang 1 year ago at this store. Also bought the Timothy hay and snacks for my pet continuously. Their products and employees’ service r very good ! The bunny hotel service is also very impressive, that they provide channel for me to monitor my pets’ daily while m away from Hong Kong. Let alone they also hold bunny gathering event !

I came here and immediately fell in love with the pets. Adopted a hamster from here. Gave us excellent detail on how to take care of the hamster.

Shop was clean and dedicated to small animals, which is pretty cool (as opposed to just cats and dogs). There were many rabbits in clean housing, though I wish they had more room to run around. What I liked most was that they seem to only sell the rabbits to suitable owners and not just anyone for quick money. I overheard a boy and his mom (customers at the shop) talking. The boy wanted a rabbit but he was going off to school in a couple years and didn’t have a clear plan on who would take care of the rabbit. The mom wasn’t willing to. Immediately, one or the employees told them he is not able to sell any rabbits to them today because he heard the boy was going to school soon and he wanted to make sure the rabbit goes to a good home and that they should spend some more time to rethink their plan before attempting to buy. Aside from that, they had lots of toys, treats, hay, litter pans, hidey houses, etc for small pets. Good selection and employees were friendly. Will be back.

A well kept store. Smell like a meadow. So sweet small space to get items that you need for your fur balls.
