Very impressed by the level of customer service from Itu Futon. It was my first time buying tatami mats and they were very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me choose the best sizes and style for my space. I found a small issue with one of the mats when it arrived (caused by shipping) and they very quickly resolved the issue. They made the whole thing easy. Also, the tatami mats are fantastic.
