A Heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Wat Michael – Truly a Lifesaver! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Wat for his exceptional care, dedication, and compassion when my cat, Mimi, needed urgent help. Dr. Wat went above and beyond every single step of the way: Unmatched Dedication: He continuously followed up on Mimi’s condition and even came back into the clinic on his day off just to perform a further check-up. Proactive Care: He arranged for an ultrasound specialist to come in right away to get us accurate answers when time was critical. Selfless Support & Referrals: Even though his clinic’s operating hours meant they couldn't perform the emergency surgery Mimi needed, Dr. Wat didn't just leave us stranded. He personally recommended a trustworthy, highly capable surgeon and ensured a seamless transfer so Mimi could get immediate help. Genuine Follow-Through: Throughout the entire ordeal, he stayed attentive and kept checking in on Mimi’s case. Dr. Wat is not only an amazingly skilled veterinarian, but he is also a truly compassionate human being who genuinely cares about his patients. He saved Mimi's life, and my family and I are forever grateful for everything he did

Been to another vet in Whampoa, would honestly recommend this clinic instead if you don’t want to get ripped off. Although the clinic was crowded (bless the animals🥺), staff handled it well and the whole vet visit took about an hour. The vet is very patient and examined my cat carefully, also explaining to me about possible reasons that could lead to her illness, and ways to treat her. No upselling of useless medication or treatment and prices are reasonable. Nurses also had good attitude and took care of my cat inside the consultation room. Thank you nurses and vets for your patience and kindness in helping animals without taking advantage of their owners!

Receptionist staff can be a bit unorganized when it comes to bookings and payment. Cancelled a booking more than a week in advance and calls me on the day asking why I didn't show up. Be ready for long waits even with booking. A friend of mine was denied further visits from this vet because of ONE outstanding payment. We are confident it was paid. They insisted that they called but noone ever called. They don't even want to resolve the issue and only said no more further visits allowed 😒 😤 Be nice if the clinic checks instead blame! Wasn't like this before. loosing 2 customers already

The medicine they gave had a bad effect on my dog. He started vomiting a lot of blood and his nose has been bleeding for days. This vet clinic charges a lot of money when they did nothing but harm my dog. Poor service. Not recommended.

The team is very professional. Dr. Sandy has so much love for pets and she has been taking care of my rotties since they were puppies. She would not make your pets to do unnecessary tests or operations unless needed. My rotties love coming here ❤️! Reasonable price, convenient locations and long operating hours. 👍🏼
