Worth the visit. There is quite a large menu to choose from. There will be crowds during peak periods but the staff try to attend to each customer as quickly as possible so it'd be a good idea to 1) know what you want to buy before you even join the line and 2) calculate the cost beforehand to have the amount on hand in cash to help facilitate swifter processing. It would also be good to bring your own reusable bag to carry your purchases away. The closest MTR exit is stairs so if travelling with an elder/young children/stroller/wheelchair/etc., you'll need to check for the exit with the lift. There are both stairs and elevators in the building so the shop is accessible once you manage to enter it.

Utterly RUDE service. Visited Jenny's Bakery (Tsim Sha Tsui branch) at around 11:55am on 13 June. There was no queue when I arrived. I was served by a long-haired lady dressed in black who was speaking in Mandarin. As I do not speak Mandarin, I continued communicating in Cantonese. I clearly asked for 5 tins of butter cookies, but she initially gave me only 1 tin. When she asked, "Just 1 tin?", I repeated "5" and even held up five fingers to make it clear. After I paid in cash, she continued speaking to me in Mandarin and asked whether I wanted a plastic bag. I declined as I already had my own bag. What shocked me most was her attitude when returning my change. She threw my HK$50 change onto the countertop instead of handing it to me properly. I immediately told her that her behaviour was rude and showed poor manners. Rather than acknowledging the feedback, she simply turned around and pretended to be busy. It was disappointing to experience such discourteous customer service, especially from someone serving customers directly. Interestingly, after noticing that I was taking a photo of her, she suddenly became noticeably friendlier to the next customer. The cookies may be goo

The location of the shop used to be at level one but now moved to level two, which you can go up via staircase just in front of the old shop. Menu clearly display outside the shop, you can just look at what you want and place order inside the shop. For smooth checkout experience, be clear of what you want to order before you approach counter. Their famous product is butter cookies. Other product such as macadamia cranberries tart also good to try.

Simple looking cookies which commands a long queue daily. I like it that they take pains to present the cookies in a nice metal reusable container. The cookies which we chose were filled with macadamia nuts and the best thing is they were not too sweet nor dry. Highly recommended! Plus they were so addictive that I finished the entire tin in 1 night. 😂

It could be hard to find this place if you were there for the first time as the bakery is on the 1st level of Mirador Mansion, which doesn't seem to be matched to the image of bakery. Even when you are going up the stairs, you might doubt if you are in the right place. Finally when you reach to the shop, you might doubt again if it is a bakery if there is no queue in front. 😂😂 They only take cash and many of staff members can't speak English, so you need to point out what you want to buy from the photo menu on the wall. To me, no3. macadamia cocoa crisp is the best!
