第三場生日飯又係放題，家人請我去食《極．大瀛喜》，我哋揀食3點，始終可以食三個鐘唔使咁急。呢間喺荃灣開第一間店時都想試，但一直都冇去，家下開响觀塘仲好，近近地唔使去到咁遠。 我地點咗個B餐，有多幾款有特色嘅嘢食。包括有「日本海鱠鱈魚乾拖羅蓉TACO」、「金槍魚腩刺身」、「櫻桃鵝肝」、「油鹽焗膏蟹」、「上湯芝士焗龍蝦伊麵」，仲有期間限定嘅「新鮮即開榴槤」。既然揀得B餐，就所有款式都點嚟試吓。 「日本海鱠鱈魚乾拖羅蓉」 TACO响其集團都有出過類似嘅口味，賣相夠精緻感，而且紫菜係保持脆口，鱈魚鬆脆香口，連同爆滿嘅拖羅蓉、三文魚籽、海膽，油脂豐富滑順，一咬落去爽脆與綿密交織，層次超級豐富。 「金槍魚腩刺身」 B餐嘅重頭戲之一！切得非常有厚度，魚油花分布平均，入口即溶且油脂香極濃，完全冇筋，新鮮度滿分，絕對係回本首選。 「櫻桃鵝肝」 造型做成好可愛嘅紅櫻桃模樣，外面係微酸甜嘅果膠薄膜，裡面包裹住香濃綿滑嘅鵝肝泥，正好平衡咗鵝肝嘅油膩感，酸甜開胃，非常有驚喜。 「油鹽焗膏蟹」 蟹膏非常飽滿，用油鹽焗嘅做法鎖住咗蟹肉嘅鮮甜，咬落帶微微鹹香，蟹肉結實嫩滑，極之惹味。 「上湯芝士焗龍蝦伊麵」 龍蝦肉質彈牙有咬口，伊麵充分吸收咗龍蝦鮮味同芝士汁，香濃順滑。但呢個係唯一只可以試下味就算，因為有違嚟呢度狂食嘅目的。 「新鮮即開榴槤」 呢個係期間限定，係榴槤控必點。佢個口感係剛好唔會話太熟，唔會過熟變爛，榴槤嘅香味濃郁，品質相當有水準。 除咗B餐限定外，各款嘅刺身係定必點各一，海膽軍艦、酒醉鮑魚、乳鴿、花之戀......必點，其實倒不如問邊啲唔使點！我暫時睇係冇，如果我搵到唔食得嘅菜式，我再出過post。

這一間餐店好好,氣氛好熱鬧良好,服務非常之好總會問食下啲食客比意見去進步有上進心好好 啲嘢食質素都好唔錯個鵝肝我係超級好食不過個赤貝會有少少腥同埋個氣氛好唔錯不過有一個小小嘅缺點就係佢嗰個座位可能有少少迫

外面熟食自助選擇小，食物水準一般，環境尚好，服務就麻麻！要求要把較剪剪蟹應完之後冇俾，再問另一員工就話轉頭，最後要問第三個員工先比到我！！
