The doctors here are very unprofessional. My family member was sent into the emergency department and when he endured 16 hours overnight to get a bed, the doctor just superficially checked in and did not offer any help. There was no explanation or recommendations even though X ray scans were done. THe dotors looked very green and is probably 25 years old fresh out of med school. Maybe the government should try to pair them with more experienced doctors so people in this hospitla actually get the help they needed.

Worse hospital ever. The nurses and doctors here are shockingly incompetent and indifferent. My father had a dangerously high fever of 40.5°C, yet they left him waiting for hours without any treatment, not even basic medication or fluids. When I begged the nurse to check on him because he was deteriorating, she coldly told me to “wait for the doctor.” What kind of emergency department makes a critically ill patient wait six hours with nothing? This place is a disgrace to healthcare. The staff show zero urgency, zero compassion, and zero professionalism. If you value your loved ones’ lives, avoid this hospital at all costs. Calling it an “emergency room” is laughable—it’s more like a waiting room where patients are neglected until they’re at risk of collapse.

Drs and Nurses work so hard, it’s busy everywhere but it’s all organised. Excellent treatment and friendly professional health care workers. My daughter had eye surgery and got excellent treatment, could not be better. We are lucky to have this hospital.

One of the worst experiences of my life in a hospital. Was admitted and doctors and nurses had absolutely zero empathy and rude. Doctors had no clue what they were doing even though I came with full extensive medical reports. Never again. Left and went to another hospital. Avoid if possible!

I was hospitalised for 3 nights here in 2019 for baby delivery. And one of my sons was hospitalised for 2 nights here, twice, in 2023 after playground accidents. A&E/ER dept was always busy, they will treat the patients based on the urgency. First checkup at Triage room (waiting time around 5-15mins), and then wait for doctor consultation (waiting time around 15-30mins). From then on, the waiting time can be vary based on doctor’s judgement/tests. The longest we wait were 1.5 hrs after X-ray. Had to pay $180 at registration. Can’t say all the staffs are pleasant, but most of them are kind and communicative, and some are angels. It’s a very busy hospital but I could see that the doctors and nurses paid attention to every patient’s needs, and they record everything properly. Staying 2 nights with all treatments including surgery and meds, costed us $120. The hospital restaurant at Block S level B2 serves decent foods and it also has good vegetarian menus.
