朋友話觀塘東廣場個Food Court有好多野食，點知意外俾我哋發現li度都有「雞駅花膠雞米線專門店」！唔諗la，就佢la😍！ ⭐ 酸菜魚米線（小辣） 重口味愛好者必點👍！小辣嘅湯底酸辣度拿捏得啱啱好，魚片份量十足，入口滑溜😋，配埋米線一齊食，正！ ⭐ 胡椒沙白蜆粉 沙白好新鮮、無沙，食落好鮮甜😋。最正嘅係加咗胡椒去提鮮，啖湯飲落帶有陣陣胡椒嘅微辣，食落好暖胃，配埋粉絲食一流😋。 ⭐ 雞駅雞翼（原味） 原味雞翼炸到外皮金黃酥脆，一咬開入面仲保持到肉汁，雞肉鮮嫩，調味啱啱好，熱辣辣食真係好正😍。 ⭐ 明太子醬薯條 薯條炸得香脆，明太子醬分開放，想點幾多就幾多❤️，同朋友一齊share啱啱好👍。

Earlier, I visited Chicken Station a meal and was amazed by their rice noodles. This time, I specifically brought my mother to try them. I had seen their menu before and couldn't stop thinking about their marinated egg—finally, I got the chance to taste the rice noodles paired with it. Unlike typical chain restaurants, Chicken Station's rice noodles have a smoother and chewier texture, with the herbal flavors deeply infused. The broth is rich and fragrant, making it truly unforgettable. My mom ordered the chicken soup with bamboo pith and fish maw, and I couldn't resist sneaking a taste. The fish maw and bamboo pith were my favorites—soft, silky, and full of flavor. Bamboo pith is usually difficult to cook well, but here, they got it just right. The biggest surprise was the marinated egg—it must be eaten first before tasting the rice noodles to fully appreciate the layers of flavor and aroma. Additionally, the cold brew tea and barley water were the perfect pairing. The barley water, combined with lemon, had a refreshing and balanced tartness, rounding off the meal beautifully.

Excellent chicken fish maw soup! Rich soup base and I came again for the shark fin option and will come for coconut next! Pork rice options also great! This place is a food fair, and the shop is on 2nd floor. Reachable by mtr with a few mins walk.
