This is the best bakery shop in Hong Kong in my opinion. Before I enter the shop, I’d just think it’s just a normal bakery shop which is nothing special, turns out most of the pastries are really surprised me. I’ve tried the egg tarts, black sesame cream puff, black sesame scone, cheese toast and cheese tarts. All of these are just better than my expectation. I’m personally an egg tarts lover, so I take egg tarts really serious on the taste, but this one is really so perfect, the biscuits wrapping the eggs is perfectly baked. I would definitely come and buy again when I visit Hong Kong. It will be long queue from time to time, make sure you do have patient to queue. The baked hour are different among all the pastries, most of them available after 11.30am, so do visit after this timing is better.

chaotic bakery 🥯 arrived at 16:30 for their matcha red bean pudding bun. inside is suuper crazy with no real lines or order. the bread was very soft with a layer of mochi in the middle. matcha crème was delicious and red beans were sweet and added a nice flavour. staff are focused on getting through the cues so service is hostile but with low prices and fresh pastries it is worth a visit :) shop only takes octopus or cash, takeaway only.

Many times I tried to get my hands on the famous buns, and this time I finally managed to try. They were very tasty!!!! But the line is long and I think the staff is quite fierce because of the tourists who come all the time. I would get their breads again but wont queue. They have a few other outlets which is less hectic than this one at the yau ma tei exit

I passed by this bakery and noticed many elderly people buying their bread. I was intrigued when I saw that they specialize in using natural yeast and do not use preservatives. When I went inside, I saw a photo of their pudding bread, which looked very tempting, so I decided to give it a try. I ended up trying all three flavors of their pudding bread, and I was blown away! The bread has a delightful chewiness that perfectly complements the rich, creamy pudding filling inside. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, not overly sweet, but just right. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into making these. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and every loaf feels substantial and satisfying. It's rare to find a treat that is both indulgent and wholesome at the same time. This bakery is a hidden gem, offering fantastic value for the quality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, natural bread with a unique twist. The pudding bread alone is worth the visit—you won’t be disappointed!
