Excellent and responsive customer service. One of the movers is quite old but full of power and humour. Movers are gentle with our belongings and friendly. Reasonable pricing and offer air con storage. I highly recommend Canaan for anyone and anytime.

Very smooth communication on WhatsApp in English. The team helped me move and wrap everything super fast. They already had experience moving to the buildings I was moving to and from and knew how to avoid stairs and where to park. Thanks so much!

Unprofessional an irresponsible. Their staff scratched up a significant area of our new flooring and promptly roached out without an apology, before I can confront him. The company offered to wax the area, which did not fix the damage. Rather than take responsibility, they instead claimed that my new pristine flooring was already scratched up before them. I was then told that the waxing service cost "conveniently" covered the maximum compensation amount per the contract. A staff also informed me that they have dealt with a similar incident in the same fashion. Avoid at all cost.

customer service is top notch, answered every query within minutes. Quote was detailed and cost effective compared to competitors and even got a discount. On moving day crew came on time, they were very fast, efficient including dismantling and reassembly. Highly recommended
