FYI I tried to complete your satisfaction survey but they website doesn’t work:( I just want to thank everyone that I encountered at Canossa hospital! The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant. I arrived and there was no wait time for registration. Lady at the front desk was very polite & helpful. Unsure whether the toiletry bag is included with the stay or whether my insurance pays for that, but it was a very nice touch. I appreciated that she took me upto the room. The nurse who did all the measurements etc was very kind & patient. All the nurses were super friendly & approachable!!! Despite it being a hospital, I felt very comfortable here. I paid a little more to be by the window & that was nice. The bed felt clean & the environment was nice. They provided hot & cold water which was helpful. I stayed in the big room with 6 other patients (I think) & there was a private toilet (two). The food was surprisingly good! Mushroom soup was average. The anesthesia gentleman was very patient & thorough with going through the whole process. I felt nervous throughout the day & the team really made me feel at ease. reception is friendly and fast service ward service is efficient, caring and warm, as well as quiet hospital is clean, tidy and modern canteen has good city view, and it is reasonable price. Waitresses service is good. Food is quite satisfactory. Cookies and muffins are yummy Dr Chow Yuen Hon provides professional clinic service and very detailed and caring mind to patients Overall operation charge and consultation fees are reasonable

This is like 5 star boutique hospitality.. All nurses and staff are very caring. Food is so delicious. I had major surgery and it went on very well. Must go place if you can afford. The rooms are big and well lit and equipped. Care giver can stay full day. For night stay for care giver one needs to pay minimal amount. Thankyou Canossa and Thankyou Dr HT Chow for treating me. The equipments in OT are top tier. One drawback was absolutely slow billing. accounts department held us up for almost half a day. Reducing one rating coz of this

I didn’t know a hospital could be so welcoming and efficient with smiling and highly competent teams. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and impeccably clean. You can order good quality food from a diverse menu and have it brought up to your room. The operating theatre is well equipped with a knowledgeable team. 👏

The operation staff, nurses, and doctors here are very professional and nice. If you don't have a mask, they could provide one for you for free as well. Highly recommended
