Sheetal and her tailors are fantastic. I was in Hong Kong on a short trip and MILK was able to not only fit me in for measurements and fabric selection on short notice, but even put a full fitting together. The ordering process is thorough but made easy with help from Sheetal in selecting fabrics and shirt design elements. I'm thrilled with my bespoke shirts, and very excited that I can even order more from the US now that they have my measurements on file.

Update 2025: I now have a fair closet full of MILK shirts, everything from white dress to black linen. The level of quality, fabric, finish, and fit are simply without equal. But the reason for my update goes even beyond this. My wife has been watching my MILK shirts arrive and has dearly wanted a custom shirt of her own. But MILK doesn't do women's...until I asked again. This time, they said they'd give it a shot. She wanted a basic men's dress shirt, tailored to her beautiful physique. We took her measurements diligently, sent them along and...the finished product is beyond our expectations. It fits perfectly, just as she wanted it, and we could not be more pleased. Talk about the performance of a custom shirtmaker! All of this from half-way around the world. There isn't anyone else I'm ever getting dress shirts from. I got my first shirts delivered in early September. I won’t even mention the smooth process of getting the items sent to my address in the US. Sheetal is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to her field of expertise while at the same maintains that level of communication that makes you feel that she’s on top of it throughout the whole process. I had multiple shirts made by her team and her suggestions on making the cut a bit more modern made a big difference in how I feel wearing it. I’m in the process of ordering more shirts from her and I know already it’ll be a perfect fit for me.

I love my MILK shirts. The experience is unique. The quality and selection is great. Pricing is high but in line with the nature of the custom shirts being made to measure. I am a fan of the product and service. Website is fine; not great but good. If you live in or are visiting Hong Kong, it is worth it to pop in to the showroom, get measured, feel the fabrics in person. Once you are set up, it is super easy to pick fabrics and order more shirts from the website.

Bought a custom shirt with my fiancees initials monogrammed as a gift for Valentine's Day and got the shirt in a week. It looks amazing on him and I love when he wears a crisp white shirt. Thank you MILK!
