My puppy has been crying for a few days after another vet! Dr Phillip today listened to our concern and check thoroughly for my puppy. He came home like a new dog! He finally can sleep sound and I saw him finally smiling since a week! Thank you for the wonderful nurse and Dr Phillip

Dr Cheung was very detailed minded and asked all the right questions to assist with our issue with our beloved Seb. Our Red Eared Slider suffered from a tiny bit of fungal infection. The good doctor gave us very good tips on how to help our Red Eared Slider keep as healthy as possible and gave us very practical and efficient solutions to the problem. He is very meticulous and our first impressions of this clinic is basically an A+. Fantastic staff and a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. 5 stars

Highly caring vets & nursing assistants, clear & comprehensible explanations on all details, pets' sickness symptoms, tests results, proactive excellent services e.g. helped to shave hair at my pet's wound surrounding skin areas, split medicine to edible chunks. Gave me comfort on my pet's situation instead of earlier consultation at another animal clinic where the vet refused to further diagnose. Grateful to their genuine live to animals.
