In Hong Kong, private cars aged six years or more must pass an annual roadworthiness examination at a Transport Department designated car testing centre before their licence is renewed, and every vehicle needs third-party insurance. Ask for a quote before repairs, check whether parts are original or aftermarket and how long the warranty is, and keep the invoice. If your car is under warranty, ask whether servicing outside the dealer network affects it.

Terrible Customer Services I don’t know how good their technicians might be because I was stopped by the female human who manned the phone. Put me on speaker phone and then complained I didn’t speak up, just because she was in a noisy environment which she should not have used speaker phone, let alone it was so rude in the first place that made no business sense. Then she refused to make a booking because I asked for a date beyond a week. I respected her rule. Told me to try another means for booking but was unwilling to tell how it could be done. Then I did, at another garage.
