The receptionists are quite good. Specially Scarlet Chan. Excellent customer service and proactive. The general physician is also the one who did my Pap smear which is a bit odd. The doctor seemed inexperienced but was nice to speak with. They didn’t even have a cover waist down for the Pap Smear and had to make do with a robe which makes me question the quality and hygiene. For the ultrasound of the breast, it’s already a very uncomfortable experience, the doctor could have better bedside manners. It was not a good experience. The receptionist took the electrode test and the eye test which was weird . With all due respect, I would imagine that there would be a difference between the technician / doctor and the receptionist . Specially for the electrode test I asked her to be gentle , though she was nice to talk to , she needs to be a bit gentle in her way of handling things. Overall a mixed experience.

Reception area is quite spacious. The staff was nice. I didn't need to wait for long time and the checking process was quite fast.
