金鵬地産

Property deals involve large sums: before signing a provisional sale and purchase agreement, do a Land Registry search to check ownership and mortgages, and budget for stamp duty, solicitor's fees and agent's commission. Renting usually means a deposit plus rent in advance, and the tenancy should be in writing and say who handles repairs; for new developments, the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority publishes useful information. When viewing flats, you can ask the agent to show their licence card, and read every document before signing.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 10:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2708 8810. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, kampan.com.

Google shows 5.0 out of 5 based on 3 reviews; with so few opinions the score can move quickly as more customers weigh in.

Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.
