I went to this place 2 days in a row at different times of the day because on day 1, they were checking stock, blocking off an entire area where most items are concentrated. I waited for 15 minutes and they are still not done, also showing no signs of letting the customers go in to have a look, so I left. Day 2, somehow, even when I arrived much earlier than the other day, they are still checking stock. I have no idea why this takes so long or why they do this at the time most people get off work to go to the shop, and why they don't prioritise letting customers shop and doing this at the end of the day. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I will make sure everyone I know won't come. Go to Hobbyland down the street for a much larger catalogue, better prices, and much more comfortable shopping experience.

Prices were reasonable and items were good quality. However, it was very cramped as the shop itself is already quite small and there were boxes of products everywhere that made it difficult to move around in the shop. I've seen the many reviews on how the staff's attitude was poor but in my experience they were fine-not SUPER nice but not as rude as the other reviews made them out to be-when I knocked over (multiple) items(because I'm terribly clumsy) trying to move around the staff told me don't worry and apologised for the cramped situation so for me the attitude of them were pretty normal.

終於明白點解得2.9分，首先都明白店員執貨要將啲貨品放滿店舖，能夠行嘅空間其實已經好小亦都要行得好小心，避免整跌啲貨。見你如常開門咁作為顧客都如常去睇玩具，見到成地都係貨品冇明確嘅提示係唔知道店員係唔係特登圍住一個區域，再者嗰個區域本身都係放玩具，作為顧客只會小心避免撞啲貨品何刻意咁樣過問，點知你啲店員見我帶耳機以為我聽唔到就係到大大聲講以為我聲唔到啦，其實呢我真係阻到你你可以直接講嘅，我見哥哥仔咁有禮貌我都唔同佢嘈了。希望貴公司可以正視下你啲好員工行為啦。

貨品選擇真係多，非常唔錯，奈何櫃檯態度真係差左少少，我自問埋去查詢都有講左聲唔好意思先既，不過換來既就係比職員串囉......我自己都係會所工作，明白係有好多西客，麻煩客會令前線工作人員唔愉快，不過，如果個客本身都有禮貌，點解唔可以都以禮相待，反而仲要踩多對方幾腳呢？ 今日再去，仍然冇改善，您地賣玩具，除左做生意，唔係都想客人開心咩？同您地買玩具買得唔開心，唔會再同您地買！！
