The multi-purpose sports hall is spacious and well-maintained, and there’s even a spare room perfect for private practice or small group sessions. ✅ Highlights: - 🏊‍♂️ Clean and well-supervised swimming pool - 🏸 Multiple badminton courts with good lighting - 🎾 Rare indoor tennis courts—great for all weather - 🏋️‍♀️ Fully equipped gym with modern machines - 🥊 Squash courts with excellent flooring - 🧘‍♂️ Spare rooms ideal for yoga, dance, or solo training 📲 The pre-booking system is smooth and reliable, making it easy to plan your sessions without hassle. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Whether you're training seriously or just staying active, this is one of the best spots in Yau Tsim Mong District to do it.

I went to the sports centre to play squash during lunch. The squash court had definitely been renovated and looked decent. I took a shower afterwards, the men's changing room can be cleaner but it did what it was for. Hot water is also available within the shower. In short, the centre is old but functional, and the facilities have been renovated once.
