DOES NOT HANDLE EMERGENCIES. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, we had an emergency and only found out that they have no ER unit. We were directed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

I am absolutely furious about the delayed appointment and the utter lack of updates from both the doctor and the nurse. The psychiatric ward treats its patients so poorly. While I understand that the medical staff may be burdened with a heavy workload and are responsible for numerous patients, it is shocking that my 15-year-old sibling was denied something as basic as a cup of water, or received it only after a distressing delay of several hours following a request. This level of negligence and mistreatment is simply intolerable. It is an utterly unacceptable situation that demands immediate attention and resolution.

Got my wisdom tooth pulled out here. I queued up for 6 months for this and it was totally worth it. Although medicine and public hospitals are not as well funded compared to Australia. They do manage to do a fantastic job and it only cost me $100. Fast, efficient and it just works.
