I really enjoyed this shop

You won’t miss this shop when you turn the corner, with all their plants displayed right outside their store. They have lots to offer which I am sure you can pick something you like. But lots of ppl there so better go earlier!

Definitely not recommend this shop, especially those who are new to gardening. The staff is absolutely not helpful nor friendly, they are inpatient to customers' enquiry. The cashier even asked me not to ask her "so many questions" when paying (In fact, I just asked her about the skills of taking care of the plant). During her not so willing and reluctant conversations, I understand that this plant is not what I want and I immediately demanded a refund. The whole process is within 5 mins and I never take the plant away from the shop, or even from the cashier aera! The cashier first agreed to do the refund for me later but changed her mind in a min, telling me to exchange for another products. How ridiculous! There is no announcement in the shop that no refund is allowed. Plus, the staff did agree the refund a min ago! Is the shop policy subject to change at random as the staff like? Can't believe that there is a shop with such terrible staff attitude and poor customer service. It is a very horrible shopping experience and I won't visit this shop again.
