A local traditional Food canteen for the nearby induatial workers and officers to have lunch. The food quality here is quite good and having a vase variety of options. However, the hygiene here is not good.

This Tsun Yip Cooked Food Market （駿業熟食市場）is a bit old, and the hygiene is bad in here. However, it has a new and clean elevator. Inside this Food Market, there are a lot food restaurants to choose, and their prices are inexpensive. If you are working nearby, it is not a bad choice to choose for lunch or dinner.

The building is very run down, and it's very visible both inside and outside! The restaurants inside very greatly in the effort done to make the decor and food look good; some just have stoves on bare concrete, serving very simple food. Other restaurants really make the decor very nice and present the food like a high-end restaurant. Some places you unfortunately need to speak Chinese to order. However, regardless of which place I've tried they've all been cheap and delicious, I'd strongly recommend going and trying a few places in this building

My first street food market in HK and I loved it. Both this and Java Road are definitely worth a visit, though Tsun Yip is a bit out of the way. This market is more down to earth - most diners looked just like ordinary locals, not tourists or young people on a night out, and the simple tiled walls and floors do give it the look of a working market. The atmosphere is happy and raucous, with people playing dice and chatting around hotpot tables. But this place is smaller than Java Road and feels more relaxed. The prices are really low, especially compared to Java Road. The deep fried squid pieces were *amazing* - I've not had better anywhere else yet! - as well as the steamed garlic bak choi. The service was quick.
