I had a fantastic experience with this team! I needed help clearing out seven years' worth of accumulated trash from an apartment, and given the sheer volume, I fully expected it to take at least a full day or more. Instead, the crew powered through for seven hours straight. They worked incredibly hard to get the job done right. I couldn't be more impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

I just moved and had a mountain of cardboard and bubble wrap I couldn't fit in my bins. These guys picked it all without any fuss. The quote was transparent, the staff was polite and professional. Great service.

Such a good service. Easy communication in English and Cantonese, easy to arrange the date and time, punctual and not charging for extras at the last minute. Staff is very efficient, quick and professional. 100% recommended!

Absolutely flawless service from Nicholas and his team. We were pressed for time, and had a substantial amount of trash to dispose of. Got in touch with the team at 1pm, had a quote within 15 minutes and they were able to accommodate a pick up for 6pm. They even arrived ahead of schedule! Great customer service, zero stress, and accessible. Thank you so much.

This is Toni, and we’ve enlisted the help of Junk Removal HK to help us take away and dispose of the larger furniture items and electrical appliances that we no longer needed when we were moving apartments. They are truly professionals—quick to respond, courteous and most helpful. Very reasonable charges. I would strongly recommend without hesitation their team and services to anyone in need of such services. Thank you again to everyone at Junk Removal HK for your great help. Much appreciate it.
