Good experience with this laundry place. The service was polite and the price was reasonable. Had 9 pounds (~4kg) of clothes to wash and cost $72HKD. They charge you by the pound. Was initially worried because of some random mixed reviews but this place was totally fine. Paid upfront so there were no unexpected costs either.

Top service! I had a special dress made out of silk and synthetics that needed dry cleaning for a special occasion. It had to be cleaned within 2-3 days. Mrs. Wong who was super helpful and understanding went out of her way to provide a top service and ensured the dress was cleaned with 1.5 days. I was extremely grateful and relieved! Thanks so much Mrs Wong! Much appreciated 🙏🏼

I had a great experience here! Dry cleaned some clothes and had my shoes repaired. I was worried about the latter because the material was difficult to work with and they weren’t in very good condition, but the results were better than expected - the owner was honest and upfront beforehand and the ended up doing a great job with my shoes (and clothes)!! I was impressed by their carefulness, meticulousness, and efficiency in handling my order. Wonderful customer service and will be coming again (:

I separated my clothes into two loads and requested two separate washes. I was shocked to be charged $320 for just these washes. According to the owner, she had to divide the two loads into three washes and two drying cycles. She explained that there was an additional $80 charge each time the machine button was pressed—her exact words. She even mentioned she had already given me a discount. When I asked for a price list for these extra services, I was told there wasn’t one—because it simply doesn’t exist. The shop advertises $42 for loads between 1–7 lbs (see first photo), yet my laundry (shown in the second photo) somehow ended up costing $320. This pricing is incredibly misleading and completely lacks transparency. Be cautious before using their services.

Was doing my research for a decent laundry and dry cleaning services prior to my Hong Kong trip! Since I know I am staying near the flower market area, so I picked this shop based on the good reviews! Being a foreigner, I was a bit worry at first when ringing the bell at the front counter (what if they over charge me or being rude to me). Just a few seconds later, this cute lady welcomes me with a smile(she somehow figured out I am not local), asked exactly what I needed and provided her recommendations! The whole drop off process was quick and smooth and she even spent time to chat with me a bit(Which is very uncommon in Hong Kong as everyone seems to be in a hurry based on my observation). Anyways, what amazes was how she stays on top of the work order and msg me at 12:30am to let me know everything’s ready to be pickup the next morning via WhatsApp. First Class services but reasonably priced! Thank you for looking after me! Keep up the good work and stay Happy!!
