Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.

Simply disappointing and I suggest you to spend your money elsewhere. It is just not what it used to be, everything comes out bland and watery. It used to be cheap and cheerful and now it’s neither. I have had a better 楊枝甘露overseas than this bowl of yellow watery mess. Easily explains why there’s no queue outside the store anymore. Avoid at all cost.

Great restaurant in Sham Shui Po serving the HK classics. Really enjoyed my red bean dessert with taro balls, sweet potato balls and rice balls, texture was perfect for me. Also ordered egg drop ginger soup, and coconut sago. Restaurant was fairly clean and spacious. Staff were nice and friendly.

There was a small queue when we were there, probably around or after 9 pm, but we were seated after waiting 10 minutes, there was not many options on the menu though many seemed popular amongst the customers, which include young and other age ranges, the place was small but we could still sit comfortably, it was value for money considering the price

I like Chinese desserts not because they’re better-tasting than Western desserts but because they’re much less sweet. And we seniors always appreciate desserts that highlight more of the flavor rather than the unhealthy sugar. The grass jelly sago milk dew is so refreshing and a good alternative to regular milk tea. The combination of coconut red bean paste with taro balls, sweet potato balls, rice balls is delicious.

A wonderful dessert shop , popular and quite busy. They also have mochi dumplings which are super tasty!! I also ordered the mango coconut sago . It was really refreshing with sweet potato balls at the bottom with it a chewy texture. The one thing is they go quite light on the sugar so it’s not as sweet as the Thai version. Still if you like desserts that are not too sweet, it’s highly recommended .
