If I could give Alicia more than 5 stars I would! I came to Hong Kong for vacation and decided to message Alicia when I arrived for a tattoo I had in mind. She was professional, responded to me within 24hrs and was able to book me in for a consultation in the next few days. She gave me great advice in terms of placement, size, colour etc. while still incorporating everything I wanted in the design. I came back a week later to get the tattoo done and it turned out amazing. On top of that she was extremely welcoming and friendly every encounter. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

Me and two friends had a great tattoo experience here. Walked in one evening, described what we wanted and got tattooed the next morning. The two tattoo artists are so skilled and friendly! We also had a flight to catch later that day and they made sure we were done in time and even arranged a taxi for us! 🥰 amazing tattoos and really clean, safe and cozy environment, 10/10

I had a short stop in HK and some time to finally get the tattoo I had been contemplating for a while. When I contacted Alicia @karma she was quick to respond and flexible to arrange an initial consultation. After some back and forth requiring her to be very patient we settled on a design which took a little over 6 hours to do. The patience and the attention to detail were amazing and I am delighted with the final art work. Healing was speedy and not very itchy at all. Grateful to have found Alicia and Karma. First class and very professional. I have had tattoos in UK and in USA and the quality, cleanliness and professionalism at Karma was at a higher level than either of them.

Firstly,I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and care that I received during my recent visit to your shop. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Moreover, I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of your piercers. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire piercing process. Overall , I was delighted with the quality of the jewelry that I purchased from your shop. The selection was fantastic, and the pieces that I chose have held up beautifully since my visit. Finally, I cannot recommend your piercing shop highly enough. The level of care and attention that you provide to your customers is truly unparalleled, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. Thank you again for your exceptional service, and I look forward to visiting your shop again soon.

As someone who has 36 piercings, I would highly recommend Karma Tattoo & Piercing. (IG: @alexrobwong to see pics of all of them) I’ve met dozens of different piercers around the world, and Alicia is one of the best across all dimensions including her technique, professional recommendations, and overall friendliness. I will be back at Alicia’s studio in the future, and will be personally telling my friends here to come here as well. If you’re a foreigner like me, you might not find the studio right away because google maps does not give complete directions. The following might be helpful: First you’ll need to enter the K11 mall, and then head to the second floor (note that the second floor is the third floor if you’re used to the North American floor numbering system where ground floor = first floor). If you come up the escalator and see a store called miss sixty on your left hand side, you’re only on the first floor and need to go up one more! Next, when you exit the escalators on the second floor, walk straight and look for a sign that says M11 natural (See pictures). Enter this area and straight past all the cute stores you see on the right hand side, straight to where the e
