Fotomax is always overpriced, but the staff at this particular outlet were incredibly nice.

Terrible attitude They requires you immediate go out not waiting in shop in a rude manner Asking you to provide receipt for stamp to get your photo but never remind you never to throw the paper away then show you rude attitude again Also expensive for 160 HKD 8 images … no matter what you will feel unhappy after their service

BEWARE Just a place where you get scam in the old Hong Kong way. If you don’t have a choice just for for it but don’t expect to get what you want. Identity photo are messed up and in a poor quality. The service is terrible, prices showed on the shelves are fake prices as I wanted to buy a film for 98$ but when the lady scan it it was 118$ and she can’t even match the display price? This basically at the consumer council are reprimanded by the law but she just play stupid and forced you to take the new higher price

This Fotomax is not in the area before entering the gates of HK Central MTR as the current description suggests. It’s in the level above the AirPort Express departure platform and below arrivals, opposite Tim Ho Wan restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly and sorted out a problem with my photos quickly and without fuss.
