I bought 4 tickets last night online for a movie this morning. I planned to do it for 4 seniors but I mistakenly bought 4 adult tickets. When I went with the other 3 seniors this morning to the cinema and asked if we could be refunded for the money overpaid. The two ladies Ms Lai at the reception counter and Ms Wai coming to assist kindly refunded the money paid extra expeditiously with a friendly smile. We thanked them very much for their great customer service. We also appreciated the flexibility of the company policy and system enabling all customers really enjoyed the time together.

This cinema has some good single or couple meal deals that are reasonable for a cinema. The screen and seating is nothing to write how about being of average quality. Tickets are purchased in the lobby of the shopping mall on digital screens. There are toilets helpfully located outside the screen on the ground floor and additional screens upstairs accessible by escalator

It's great,but the thing is that the space is a little less,if you book the movie near the screen,not only it hurts your eyes but your necks too(keep looking up at the screen)

OK cinema, nothing particularly special, but not bad, either. The screens feel just a bit smaller than the average cinema, and the sound systems somewhat anemic. Twice before I had a seat with a broken/missing armrest. I've been to far worse, however.
