Came in without a appointment just before closing time, after asking the barber i could be seated in 5 minutes. Super nice people, got an amazing haircut and even was seated underneath the airco because i was hot. People say that the cut is expensive but 30 euro haircut it was perfect!!

What you’ll get from paying for nearly 300hkd (1.5x average Kowloon market price): being stared at at the reception upon arrival, at least 10 mins wait time in the seat without any guidance or follow-up until being guided to the washing area with unpleasant smell, splash on your face, no water or beverage served, and a no “detailed” consultation before styling (as opposed to what the salon advertised) - in fact, there isn’t any consultation or sample looks at all, they responded “I don’t know/ people usually bring photos for our reference/ it’s all in our phones (and then take time to fetch them)” when you ask for some. Staff with visible skin irritation/ infection were not wearing gloves, which is irresponsible to themselves and the customers. The stylist was nice but unresponsive, kept trimming my hair to hide my jawlines that I’m actually super proud of and told me my hair was born too weak to hold the perms. I don’t take it personally but that’s a very narrow view constrained by their perception and skills. How many people in the world are born with the perfect scalp for styling? This is a hidden gem! I wanted to get a haircut, quick and easy. The hairdresser Allen did a good job. He was very patient and professional. Not only did he provide me with some hairstyling ideas, but also taught me how to take care of the hair. I highly recommend this salon!
