About LAMLAMLI

LAMLAMLI is a bakery in Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong, at 九龍旺角彌敦道691-697號永如大廈3樓697室. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.

When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. Bakeries usually bake fresh in the morning and late afternoon, and popular items can sell out early.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon closed, Tue–Sun 12:00–20:00. It is open 6 days a week. It opens on Sunday too, like most places to eat in Hong Kong. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 6211 7531; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, instagram.com.

At 4.2 out of 5 on Google (101 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere.

I’m a regular here because of their delicious crepe cakes. I’m especially obsessed with the lemon cheese flavor, which has a wonderful zesty and tangy taste

hidden gem 🍰 inside building on floor 3, tucked away cake shop that seems very popular with locals. matcha crepe cake had many layers all with matcha crème and sauce. for $36 i would consider it very good value compared to other less-fresh crepe cake prices. interior is nicely decorated with many seating options. lots of payment methods too. would recommend :)

easier direction : the shop is located on the third floor of the building exactly next to Chow Sang Sang. posted a subreddit on reddit regarding a pistachio cheesecake "hunt" in hongkong - pistachio lover here🥹🫶🏼 and was recommended this exact store by the locals (lots of them) so.. i walked to mongkok area from tsimshatsui only to taste the pistachio basque cheesecake amazing. everything was super good! you can taste the balance between the pistachio and the cheese itself. soft and smooth filling, 1 downside is that my cake was slightly burnt on the top layer so it was super bitter🫠 for $44... seriously you can't beat this one. my second best cheesecake after vission🥹 bought home the pistachio mille crepes ($39$- will review this later✨ ps : they dont accept any octopus / tap payments. they accept cash mostly but they do offer FPS transfer

very cozy cafe serving crepe cakes ! personally i found the building a little hard to find but it’s nice that they put a poster outside so u would know ! we got the early grey crepe cake and apple cider. they’re both really nice for its price ! not too sweet and perfect for two to share as a little sweet treat.

Updated in 2022: Its chocolate cake is an unmatched layered cake in HK!! 如有心儀口味,建議先預訂蛋糕🍰。 Highly recommend to reserve your cakes via their Whatsapp numbers. Half of the dozen is the minimum quantity for reservation. (You can find more details on their FB official page) Otherwise, you may face the empty cake shelf when placing the walk-in orders after 14:00. All of the cakes are flying off the shelves everyday. Back to the cake, the texture is soft and they are not too creamy. The strange durian flavoured cake can still tickle your taste buds.
