This Rolex service centre is on the 14th floor of a high security building where you will need a photo ID or passport to be scanned at the building reception just to be able to take the elevators ! You get issued with a ticket with a QR code to be scanned at the elevators tursils to take only the assigned elevator. Makes you wonder what sort of sensitive stuff goes on in this building, lol. The service centre is by appointment only. That information is buried several layers down the website. An appointment can not be made online, can only be made by phone. So if you live abroad, you will need to call long distance ! Once you check in for your appointment, you get offered tea/coffee while waiting for a staff member to come over to take care of the handover of the watch. She would then also make a booking for the collection date and time slot, assume nothing unusual comes up during the service. What disconcerted me slightly was that they do not take note of the serial number of the watch and put the serial number on the receipt. My service was uneventful, on collection, the watch came back with a very nice travel pouch and a 2yr warranty card. It was quite an experience.

Always great professional service and handling of staff. All of them are knowledgeable and friendly. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Photo or video of the location is not allowed due to privacy and confidentiality.

Such an arrogant company with phone calls always on answer machine. They are famous in asking you to make appointment before you can go but on their answer machine they asked you to call their hotline without telling you the number. Such a joker! No idea why the Swiss company maintain a company like this. Prestige watch should deserve better service!

It is located in the Jardine House. We need to make an appointment, no walk in. The service was okay. The staffs were polite. The service was pretty costly but they didn't charge for getting an estimate. if there is an option I really love to take it there for a second opinion for the work. The experience to the office was great I love the green decor. It looks clean.

Ridiculous service ....Can't imagine we were treated as craps at the Service Centre located at Jardine Houe!!! After travelling for over an hour to reach the official service centre, we are rejected for any service due to "No prior appointment "! We didn't noticed any indication of appointment whilst searching for the office address!! We the sit at the reception area to take a rest ! You can't imagine the long walk and tire for seniors aged 65+!! While we are taking a break to recharge our body before the long travel again, we didn't notice any other customer. The 3 service counters are always idle and the service team even left their desks!!! Finally, only one customer arrived with an appointment. It's difficult to understand why the reception could not apply flexibility to offer us the service within the empty schedule!!! A very strong indication of a BIG BOSS !!! So sad to notice the poor servicec from a prestigious brand!!!
