Absolutely horrendous doctor. Equipment is old-fashioned and basic (as they can be with these elderly doctors), did not disinfect in front of patient before using equipment taken from a pile of tools. Has a bad attitude, disrespectful tone to patient, illogical explanation, and insufficient treatment (resulting in multiple inefficient visits ) and directly raised voice at and personally insulted patient for questioning his inappropriate comments. Have given him multiple chances , checked that it was his actual personality and not just a bad day , and he only got progressively worse . I will never recommend. He really need to take lessons in basic manners. Not even going to mention misogynistic vibes.

Dr Lo is professional, experienced, friendly and patient. He also explained how to maintain good ENT health. Receptionists were also helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Lo.

First experience with doctor himself is good. However, for next time, I called front desk and ask her to repeat something and she sighed then hung up the call right away. Not even finish the conversation. I’m not bothering going back. I’m not sure whether this is how people doing business and it’s the hardest part in her life to talk to people for 10-20 seconds in order to get money and work as a front desk.

The nurses had terrible attitude issues - they acted as if they do not want any patients attending the clinic so that they could get less work. Extremely unpleasant experience with the nurses. Good luck to those going there. The doctor however was thorough and friendly. It is unfortunate that a good doctor has horrible front-line staff that turned patients away.

Very good and attentive doctor, really helped to resolve my issues with throat and ears, explained everything properly. Waiting time not too long. Polite reception staff, comfortable waiting seats.
