Worst Experience 1. Sent me to a different shop in Causeway Bay. 2. More than half of the lashes fell off from one side within a week. 3. Paid for a repair, got a “see you” sticker in WhatsApp. On the reservation day, no WhatsApp reply, no phone answer. Waited 10 min at the first shop, only to be told “today is not this shop.” via interphone. Went to the building name shown on Instagram, directory doesn’t list the shop. Still no reply. Complete waste of time and money.

TLDR: Avoid if you value your time and good service. Have gotten lash lifts at their TST and CWB branches a number of times over the past few years because the lash lift looked good. However, my because of my recent experiences with their poor service, I will not be going back again. The past two times they “forgot” the booking was at CWB and the staff came late. Today, they ignored my calls, then 15 minutes AFTER the session was meant to start, told me to go to another location, then after getting to the new location where they supposedly had a staff member, she still couldn’t get the service because there was no one there to provide the service for another 40 minutes.
