好久沒吃石燒牛了，原來銅鑼灣怡和街開了間石燒牛🤩今次點了石燒牛柳餐($118/180g)，上桌例牌又手忙腳亂了😂這種要自己燒熟的，我真的都很怕會燒焦🤷🏻♀️ 我發現石燒牛點餐流程都差不多，首先餐廳門口會有一部售票機，需要客人先點餐和付款，操作流程不會太困難(旁邊會有店員幫忙)，點餐之後店員會安排座位，之後等待送餐就可以。餐廳採取半自助形式，沙律、白飯和湯都是自取(分量由自己掌控)，沙律只是普通的雜菜沙律，醬料有沙津醋和和風芝麻醬~而調味料方面，自助吧有燒肉汁和蒜蓉(這個我喜歡，呀Ju吃得超重口味)可以自己拿🤪而喜歡淡口的可以用海鹽/岩鹽配搭黑胡椒自己調味一樣滋味。 牛極 地址:銅鑼灣怡和街19-31號樂聲大廈地下1C-1D號舖 電話號碼:63888002(只能Wts) 營業時間:11:30-23:00
