While the class is enjoyable and the coaches are great, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The instructors are skilled, knowledgeable, and patient with students, which is greatly appreciated. The gym is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for training. However, my experience with the counter staff was quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, I was abruptly questioned in a condescending manner for not checking in while she was on the phone. The tone and attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if my presence was an inconvenience to her conversation. For instance, instead of a polite greeting, I was met with a sharp "Why didn't you check in?" while she continued her phone call, barely glancing in my direction.

The booking service is suck ! No experience as a service provider and threaten you if you leave a complain. And the staff just have bad attitude that will give you a violent experience if they are facing complaint. The place is smelly bad and without air conditioning, crowed and their reservation system seems mess that you have to provide extra personal info and feel annoying in every single time
