傳奇音樂及藝術中心 Legend Music & Art Centre, a music, dance or art school in Admiralty, Central and Western, is at 香港島金鐘皇后大道東43-59號東美商業中心1803室. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Under the Education Ordinance, tutoring centres above a certain size must register with the Education Bureau as schools, and registered centres usually display their certificate. Before enrolling, ask about the tutors' qualifications, class sizes, timetable and full fees, and about refunds and make-up classes; many tutoring centres and hobby classes offer a trial lesson. Slots fill up before music exams and competitions; ask whether you need your own instrument before starting.

Google lists it as open 24 hours, seven days a week, though arrangements may change in a typhoon or other special circumstances, so call if it matters. Phone: 5540 4287. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. More information is on its website, legendmusart.wixsite.com.

No Google reviews yet, so a personal recommendation or a quick call is the best guide; many small shops still run on regulars and word of mouth.

Admiralty is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Hong Kong addresses give the street and number, the building name, then the floor and unit; "G/F" means the ground floor, and as big buildings can have several entrances, look for the directory board in the lobby.
