EDIT: I am going to have to change my rating from one star to five star Their customer service is fantastic. They reached out to me with their most sincerest apologies. They offered me a partial refund.. a free bouquet and most importantly.. they are fixing the greeting card. Leselle has absolutely gone above and beyond to rectify this issue and i can't help but give them kudos. I have used Leselle in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Leselle Florist. Their product is absolutely top notch. ==================================================== I had a very disappointing experience with Leselle There was a mistake in my greeting card which i brought to the attention of their customer service rep prior to delivery.. i was assured the mistake was only formatting instructions for the team and that the final product would be as i requested. The shop is very nice and the staff is very supportive. Every concern and expectation was solved and met. And the flower was delivered on time to my friend as a wonderful gift. I would definitely love to shop again when in need.
