Funeral services in Hong Kong usually cover paperwork, the funeral hall, the procession and cremation or burial, and undertakers must be licensed by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Families can compare package contents and prices and ask for a full list of charges; bookings at public funeral facilities and crematoria are handled through the department.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Sat 10:00–17:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2326 3777. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is ecfuneral.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It shows 5.0 out of 5 on Google, but from only 4 reviews, so treat it as a first impression rather than a verdict.
