I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The man that helped me was super nice and explained the service very clearly. He also asked where I was from and said “thank you” and “have a nice day” in my native language. I dropped my clothes off in the morning and was able to pick up them up around lunch time, folded and organised. If you need to get your clothes washed quickly and tidy, this is the place to be.

I gave Lai Sun Laundry a try after seeing all the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The gentleman who helped me was really polite and kind. My laundry was ready the same day, and it was perfectly clean. Keep up the fantastic work! 👍

This place really knows what they are doing. Instruction were followed as I requested and even some I didn't had to mention because before I even said anything they told me exactly how they would clean some items and it was exactly as it should be done. The shop owner is so friendly and polite. I think this is the only laundry in HK with a 5 star review and I confirm they deserve it. Everything was on time Congrats!

The shop owner is so nice and polite when answering my phone call about price list. The price is reasonable. The shop environment is neat, clean and tidy. They can give me back the quilt within 3 hours. Will go again next time.
