Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.

The tomb is quite small but it dates back to some 2000 years ago. There is a viewing platform but the view is very restricted. You are better off looking at the reconstruction (model) in the adjacent museum. There you will learn the story of its discovery and the artefacts found inside. While this is no pyramid of Giza, it is still a nice quiet place to sit down and relax, take a break from all the usual Hong Kong business.

The staff are respectful and can speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. The museum is brief but informative and contains all the information you need in a comprehensive format. The ancient artifacts found in the tomb are in a separate display room and the tomb itself can be viewed from behind a glass barrier, very clearly. Especially considering this historic site is free entry, it is a great place I recommend to add to your Kowloon itinerary, especially if you love Chinese or Ancient history!

It is a really tomb, worth visiting. Anyway, it is small and not much of show items but you can see what the real tomb of non-royal look like. Free entrance

This is a very small museum and required not more than 30 min to visit. The tomb can only be viewed through a plexiglass and the two side chambers are not visible. If you are happened to be in SSP, it maybe worth to drop by to learn about some information of the Silk Road. There is also a nice park next to the museum for a little relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is amazing to see 2,000-year-old Han dynasty artifacts in Hong Kong, a city that was just a small fishing village for much of its history.
