Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

strictly egg puff territory, but they go limp after sitting for a few minutes. Too soft, batter way too dense. Plenty of better egg puffs out there

This is the ultimate homemade spicy sauce, bursting with sweetness and real ginger 🫚 mash! Siu mai is chewy and probably the best in the TST area. It’s street food, but I’m surprised by how clean and hygienic it is. 👍🏻

They have the best egg waffle. I love it so much you really get the full Hong Kong city experience. Just remember to bring cash.

food was so so and the services was questionable. I paid for their food but didn't feel the lady was welcome my purchase.

This joint offers a variety of street food at inexpensive prices and always attracts locals! We only tried the imitation shark fin soup which was decent and not overly salty. Prices for this soup and the eggettes/waffles seem to be some of the cheapest available in TST so it’s a great way to try out a variety of items.
