I bought a laptop at descent price, less than 2y screen stopped working, ok, surprising but it can happen. I went to the CWB service shop, they told me to contact the service online (not sure why the person there in a repair shop cannot attend to a laptop or send it to the relevant department) . Tried their WhatsApp, does not work either. Tried email, going back and forth, copy the Indian team, who told me it is not them, telling me to contact the hk team without actually giving the contact. I am still waiting for concrete action from their end. overall price is not worth it given the timing of the 1st outage after buying, clearly overpriced , service is sub-par especially for a global brand like them. definitely would not recommend. hope this will help others not to fall in the trapl

I visited the Lenovo store on the 1st floor of 36 Jardine's Bazaar, and the experience was fantastic. The shop is clean, well-organized, and showcases a great range of laptops and accessories.

It is supposed to be an official showroom to Lenovo products. They do have quite nice display of products as well. Since it is located at 1/F, walk-in visitors are rare. Thus it serves more like an online shop pickup point or service point. Staff there are very friendly and helpful indeed. For sure, it worth visiting if you want to have some hands on experience of Lenovo products or you need some advices before placing an order.

Very nice showroom. Some of the models can only be found in this store here. I bought my X1 extreme here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They showed me the vr goggle and let me try it. I even got a free coffee. Very sweet :) Highly recommend to anyone who is considering getting Lenovo.
