I was charged $920 even though the issue was very minor — my place was only about 100 meters away, and I had already clearly explained that it was simply a battery problem. In fact, my usual locksmith who is not in the area advised me to charge the battery, which solved it immediately. The pricing felt unreasonable, and the attitude was disappointing as well. I would not recommend this shop and will not be using their services again.

Very limited English but somehow I still managed to get what I needed. Showed them a photo of my door lock. Pointed at the photo, gesturing to only replace the cylinder. They showed me a few options. I selected the one I wanted. They installed the cylinder to my door lock... Very quick.

This locksmith was able to duplicate a key many other locksmiths in Hong Kong could not. Location is now at Sai Yuen Lane / 242 Des Vouex Road West.
