諗著配條鎖匙，點知冇袋出街，摷來摷去摷唔到，老闆叫我慢慢摷，重請我飲咗罐汽水，最後摷唔到第次再來，多謝老闆！

詢問能否配匙及相關價錢時，負責人反眼無視，後譏諷”你連鎖匙都未拎出嚟，我又點可以答你問題。”接着更以極不友善的態度諷刺顧客”乜你咁低智慧㗎”. 當顧客遞上鎖匙，他看了一眼便說沒有該款式工具不能做，說話過程中手部動作過大，更將手上的水甩到顧客的眼鏡上。態度傲慢且毫無服務意識。 最後顧客行咗15分鐘搵到附近另外一間鎖匙店，用5分鐘就完成鎖匙配置。
