I’m glad after reading all the reviews, some other people had the same experience as mine. First time I went there the sales lady was not friendly nor helpful, I expressed that we wanted to buy a hamster and her reply was that we MUST buy the whole package which was the hamster together with the cage (+$500), but I already got a cage so I said how about if we bought other items? She seems not interested and just simple said no. Anyways 2nd time I went back, I just wanted to ask if I could GIVE her a hamster to sell because I recently bought another hamster and it was fighting with my original hamster at home, not only did she say no quickly but she wanted to shut the door while I was still at the entrance, OMG what is she trying to do? Squash me with the door??? 😓 Does she think I’m going to keep trying to staying in her shop and not leave if she said no? 🤣 I just wanted to ask that was all, never seen this kind of sales person in my life , scary and never coming back again too. Terrible experience. BTW just wanted to mention if anyone is looking to buy hamster or rabbits or chinchillas best place to go is Little Boss at Causeway Bay & Mongkok, the staff are super friendly and p

My go-to shop. The shop owner is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. The shop attendant (a lady) may seem quiet at first, but she's in fact very helpful and shows real affection for the little animals at this store. I can also see that the merchandise at this shop is responsibly sourced and fairly priced.

Very friendly staff, usual location for my Chinchilla when I travel. He never had any health problems during or after his hotel time in the shop
