The food is simply outstanding. Not a huge place, main dining area accommodates7-8 large round tables and a few small round tables, plus 3 large round table upstairs - good for gatherings of 8-10 ppl. Must book table in advance. We ordered mantis shrimp, beggar’s chicken, baked fish intestines (all must be pre-ordered). We were most impressed by the beggar’s chicken and mantis shrimp - probably the best in Hong Kong. Only one dessert - steamed milk in ginger essence, and us complimentary. Pricy but worth it!

I was really impressed with the quality of dishes and the generous portion size. This is one of the best meals I had during my trip to Hong Kong. Their sweet and sour pork served on a bed of ice is so good, a must order item. Another excellent dish is mantis shrimp - they removed all the shells and the shrimps are fresh and tasty. I appreciate they gave us free ginger tofu dessert.

i found this is surprisingly good here! i thought it's only a local seafood restaurant, but once the food came, i know it's extraordinary! the smoked chicken was very good! right level of smokiness and the meat was kept very tender. we all agreed that the canton food here is authentic and made by very skillful chef. we had a good meal here. more travel ideas, photos & videos👇🏾 follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less

The chicken is a must get. Perfectly cook with a bite and not mushy. Love the fish bladder. Super good. The pork lung soup was also amazing. But not the best ambiance and hard to have a conversation. Super loud inside and not enough ac.

I was so looking forward to this dinner, highly recommended from two friends. Mantis shrimp was good, but all other dishes were either flavorless/watery or stale/gross looking. Basic dish like crispy chicken looks moldy. The pomelo skin is so soggy that they probably over soaked it. The goose intestines were flavorless. We had pre ordered vermicelli, they made us fried rice! It was so disappointing that finally the owner came in to explain that main chef was on holiday. He graciously remake the goose intestines for us which is a lot better but the chicken pieces really gross me out. Owner offered excellent steam milk dessert and home grown lychee which we much appreciated. IF I choose to give this place a second chance, we will stay away from Mondays. Very noisy and smoky but kinda expected of this kind of eatery.
