Yummy desserts with just the right level of sweetness. We ordered their assorted secret desserts where the shop will surprise us with their selection of two warm n two chilled desserts. We decided to go with that n got mango sago, red bean with lotus seeds, taro paste, n warm almond milk. There was a short queue when we visited around 8:30pm on a Friday but the service was quick. Seating is on a shared-table basis which is quite common in HK. They also sell ice cream cup n a selection of HK merchandise like keychain.

Polite, efficient staff. We had four items: The Premium Sweet combo comes with coconut milk on the side — taro paste silky, red bean thick but not sugary, grass jelly bouncy, peach gum smooth. The stewed pear with peach gum and snow swallow — light osmanthus aroma, tender fruit, lotus seeds and jujube for balance. The red‑bean soup arrives hot and thick; aged chenpi adds a deep citrus bitterness that keeps the sweetness in check, while lotus seeds give a gentle, floury bite. The coriander‑lemon Basque is creamy with a clean citrus lift and restrained herbal notes. Fair prices, quick service, and a calm spot for dessert, from chilled to warming.

It's hot and humid in Hong Kong at the moment and Lung Tong Fong has one of the best snow ice desserts you could find! I visited the store in Causeway Bay, easy to access by MTR and their snow ice series have so many options to choose for. I picked the Green Grape Snow Ice 🍧🍇 (108hkd) and the portion was very big and they were super generous with the grapes, it was refreshing, cold, and not too sweet 😋 If you don't like cold desserts, I'd recommend ordering the Lung Tong Fong Sweet Soup Combo Hot ☕️ (58hkd) tasting the traditional hong kong style desserts combo in 1 set 😚

There’s a good variety of traditional Chinese desserts and the Taiwanese ones. They also have the basque cheesecakes and the pistachio tiramisu! We picked the Mango Soup with Coconut Noodles, the Lung Tong Fong Sweet Soup Combo and the Steamed Milk & Peach Gum in Coconut. Originally would like to try the Lychee Snow Ice, as that looked very nice and seemed to be yummy, while it’s sold out already at 3-sth pm on a Sunday. Need to come back again to try that. The mango soup brought out the natural mango flavour and was so sweet 😋. Love the coconut noodles as well, which were from the young coconut, so natural!👏🏻 The Steamed Milk & Peach Gum in Coconut was so nourishing. They put so much peach gum in the coconut that the content nearly overflew👍🏻! I really liked the way that they kept the ingredients’ natural taste and it’s not so sweet. The steamed milk was very smooth and when we scraped the young coconut meat out, the combined taste was great! I also felt great for contributing to my skin wellness🥰 The Chinese desserts were also great. I ordered the combo in order to try out 4 different kinds at the same time.
