Unacceptable customer service experience at Central store, STAFF: RUPALI During my visit, I was assisted by a non-local female staff with bronzed skin at the fitting room. I intended to try on five pieces of clothing. She initially stated that the limit was “4–5 pieces,” yet shortly after, she refused to allow me to bring in five items and insisted on a maximum of four. This inconsistency was unreasonable, particularly as the store was not busy at the time and there was no queue for the fitting rooms. After complying and leaving one item outside, I exited the fitting room to retrieve it. I was then told that I needed to take a ticket and queue again due to “people waiting,” despite there being no visible line and the fitting rooms is still empty after I go out. This rigid and contradictory enforcement was both illogical and frustrating. More importantly, the staff RUPALI ‘s attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Her tone and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Such conduct falls well below acceptable customer service standards and is not what I expect from your brand.
