In 2017's Summer, The Alley comes all the way to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The next year, we opened another branch in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. We source high-quality seasonal ingredients, ensure the taste is consistent and create different flavours and blends that cater to Hong Kong people’s tastes. Haha. Did I just bought bubble tea into the theatre 😗 I personally love drinking boba during movie Cause I can chew something This drink is super sweet even tho I ordered 30% sweet The purple rice yogurt is definitely filling!

The Hong Kong–style lemon tea is a signature drink here, and I decided to give it a try. You can choose the level of sweetness, which is a nice touch. The balance of tea and lemon was just right — not too sour and not too bitter. It was refreshing and easy to enjoy.

We went late in the evening to get drinks and an egg waffle from The Alley. This was on the last night of our trip. The first two drinks I request were no longer available. The ones we ended up with (a jasmine fruit tea and a Hong Kong milk tea) were both adequate, but definitely paled in comparison to everything else we had the previous 3 days. The egg waffle was the same - nothing memorable or noteworthy. In a city was amazing food, this place was fine, but not great.

Stopped here to get a treat. Black sugar boba and pistachio milk. Wow it was so nice. The pistachio was strong but not artificial tasting. Black sugar was rich and delicious. Loved it. We were here on a Friday of golden week and it was quite shocking to see it so empty considering how many trendy mainlander girls were around. They were missing out! So good.
